Sophia came to Tails-U-Win in 2016 with her service dog prospect, Lilli, for Family Dog classes and Jumpstart Kindergarten to prepare Lilli for her future public access training. Sophia enjoyed her classes and the value of the programs so much that she soon expressed an interest in assisting with classes. A position opened up in the office shortly after she started assisting and she leapt at the opportunity. Her patience and sincerity in providing customer support in both the office and the store is highly valued at Tails, by both the staff and the students. She assists on Sundays, and also works in the office in the evenings.
